PUBLIC NOTICE FOR              VILLAGE OF COLON RESIDENTS
SAINT JOSEPH COUNTY MICHIGAN.
Notice is hereby given to any and all interested parties that the Village of Colon is seeking public comment on the Village of Colons is seeking public comment on the Village of Colon's Fiscal Yea 2025-2026 Tax Levy and Budget Resolution.
Notice is also given for a public hearing to be scheduled at 6:45pm on March 25, 2025, in accordance with the Michigan Uniform Budgeting and Accounting Act (MCL 141)
A special meeting to approve the Tax Levy and 2025-2026 Budget will start at 7:00pm
Copies of the budget resolution will be available in the Village Office, located at 111 S. Saint Joseph St., Colon, MI  49040
